Privacy and data requests

Spark is operated by Ole Kristian Lillebo, enskild näringsidkare, Sweden.

For privacy questions or requests about your personal data, contact lillebo@outlook.com. You do not need a Spark account to make a request.

Device storage and analytics

Essential storage supports sign-in and actions you request. Optional product analytics requires your consent. Cookie settings shows its availability and your current choice. See Cookies and device storage for the information collected, provider, choices and retention. Cookie settings lets you review or change your analytics choice.

Your data

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing where the relevant right applies. If your organisation controls the session content, we will help identify the right contact and assist with the request. Please describe the request without sending sensitive identity documents by ordinary email.

If you have an account, Privacy and data in your profile provides export and request controls. Closing Spark is separate from deleting a shared login used by another product; shared records and legally retained information may need a review.

We normally respond within one calendar month. Where a permitted extension is necessary, we explain it within the original period. You can complain to IMY or your competent supervisory authority.
